| LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY

EASCO provides pickup and delivery services throughout the Bay Area and as far as Sacramento. We also provide house trucking.

EASCO has substantial experience in warehousing and distribution and is well prepared to assist our customers in this area.

| CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION
|
|
The United States Customs and Border Protection Department has granted approval to EASCO to operate as a Container Freight Station (Firms Code Y097).

INSURANCE
|
|
Additional insurance can be purchased for a cost of $0.85 per
&100.00 required, or $85.00 per $1000.00. EASCO will provide, at no cost to
the customer, $0.50 per pound or a minimum of $50.00.

WEEKEND SERVICE
|
|
Weekend rates are generally tied to the nature of service
required and the billing or quote is based upon actual cost to affect the move.
A set tariff for weekend and holiday shipment would, in effect, cost the
shipper more money than a "service/cost" method of billing.
